A Structured Yet Personalised Process

This individual mental training programme combines core elements, tailored specifically to you as an athlete:

1) Education in mental training and sports psychology

2) 1-on-1 sessions – in person or online

3) Mental skills exercises – including access to the digital assistant MASS

4) Observation and real-time feedback during training and competition

You won’t just learn about mental skills – you’ll train, apply and integrate them into your daily performance.

We focus on two key areas:

Mental skills – such as focus, confidence, dealing with pressure.

Life skills – such as self-awareness, decision-making, life-balance.

Long-Term Commitment – Tailored to You

Mental development takes time.
This programme runs for a minimum of 1 year, always customised to:

* Your sport

* Your level of development

* Your personal goals

I work with athletes aged 15 and up – from youth talents to world-class professionals.

Included – Example Programme (60+ Athlete Touchpoints)A typical programme consists of:

* 1-on-1 sessions (30 min) – face-to-face or online

* Training observations (approx. 90 min each)

* Competition observations (2–6 hours per event)

* Access to MASS, the digital mental training assistant

* Coach/Parent meetings – joint sessions to support your development

* Ongoing mental assignments – helping you practise and embed key tools

The high number of sessions and observations builds a strong relationship and provides a systematic approach to your development – especially when things get tough.

Pricing – An Investment in Your Performance

Your mental training is an investment in:

My approach is to treat your athletic journey like a business.
You invest 6–9% of your yearly revenue in your mental development with me – within a set pricing range:

Minimum fee: Euro 6,000 / year

Maximum fee: Euro 33,500 / year

(Additional costs may apply for transport, meals, and accommodation.
All prices include VAT.)
